Hywels (pronounced Howells) is a British-Australian Singer/Songwriter based in Western Australia. His music is inspired by the British Folk artists of the 1960’s including Bert Jansch, John Martyn, Nick Drake and Richard Thompson along with more contemporary artists such as David Gray, Damien Rice and Ben Howard. Hywels’ music is best described as stripped-down acoustic folk.
